Shipping + Policies

PAYMENT
When you purchase your item(s) you will be brought to a paypal checkout page, where you can pay with a credit card; after entering billing info, you will have the opportunity to leave "message to seller" where you can put any special directions or custom order information. Massachusetts residents will be charged 6.25% sales tax.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
We ship to the U.S. via USPS Priority Mail.  Please contact us before purchasing if you would like to place an international order. Most items ship within 7 - 10 days from order date; please allow up 2 weeks for creation and delivery. If you would like to expedite shipping or insure your item for an additional fee please contact us and we will update your invoice.

RETURNS + REPAIRS
All items are made to order. Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receipt, or if there is an error on our part or if an item is faulty. If you find something is wrong with your piece, do not wear it! If it breaks or gets lost then we can't do anything about it. We do not refund shipping and the item must be returned to us in its original condition. ripegoods reserves the right to refuse a return. We do not accept returns on items damaged by regular wear and tear (see CARE below on tips to keep your jewelry in great condition) but are happy to do repairs. We want your shopping experience with us to be a happy one, so please contact us right away if there is any issue with your order.

CARE
Your ripegoods jewelry is handmade and delicate. To keep your jewelry in great condition, we recommend NOT wearing while sleeping, or during activities like swimming or running. Keep your jewelry away from any chemicals, perfumes and chlorine. The antiqued tarnish on many of our pieces is achieved through a special process. If you attempt to clean with a cloth or chemicals, you may remove the dark finish. over time, the natural patina may change. to keep the vintage appearance, we recommend storing in open air, and cleaning with mild and soap and water when necessary.

Note: Each piece of jewelry is made by hand in our brookline ma studio and items may have unique variations adding to the charm of your piece; there may be slight differences in your order than the photograph. We do our best to photograph in natural light and capture details so you can see exactly what your piece will look like. Many items are photographed close up to show detail and may appear larger in the photo than in real life. Please be sure to read measurements and view the photos with the models to see the size of our jewelry.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about new products, special sales, and other news. You may opt-out of these emails at any time.
